Is this proper for caretaker/landlord - situation?

I asked the caretaker to fix 1 of 2 locks on my door that was broken. He asked if it’d be ok if he did it while I was out, I said fine (thinking it’s just the front door). I then came back to find a note and voicemail saying he hoped it’d be ok, he took liberty to replace ceiling fixture bulbs (taken from my closet, and left the note from paper he had to go thru my office confidential paperwork to get), and did all this without my asking him to. The lock is still broken, he said he’d get to that cuz there’s a broken key in it (my keys are not broken, which leads me to think someone tried to break in).
At first I thanked him and explained I purposely left the bulbs out of those particular fixtures to protect the fuse. He’s supposed to return to fix the lock either today or the next.
I just don’t know if this is normal stuff while renting, or how to handle this. I feel like he was trying to help, but odd to go thru my apt and things like that, doing things I didn’t ask for? And I feel even less safe with the lock situation now that I know some other key broke off in it.
Am I being paranoid, or does this sound odd? How should I handle it properly?

I’ll go first since I’m the asker. I’d call myself Agent 007/8 and I’d be a master of stealth and invisibility. I’d fight corporate corruption (and I’d have a lot of work to do in times like these) and my kryptonite would be water. I can’t swim and plus all my gadgets would electrocute me.

How do I keep my sisters from taking my stuff without putting a lock on the door?

Everytime I leave the house my sisters take my makeup, clothes, ear rings, hair straightner, movies.. the list goes on and on. I usually have to go into their rooms about once a week and collect things they have taken. They don’t listen to me when I tell them to stop and my parents don’t care, so how do I get them to stop without having to put a lock on my door?

How to get past my parents tv parental lock?

My dad has a parental lock on my tv so it “times out” at a certain time. when it “times out”, i can turn on my tv but it won’t show anything but a black screen with “TV TIMED OUT” in the middle no matter what i try. Is there any way to be able to unlock the tv so i can watch tv and stuff without reseting the parental pass-code?

Ok, so i found out every time i leave my room and lock my door, my cousins open my lock by using a cd or credit card to use or take my stuff. I was thinking about changing locks or getting something to block the space between the door. What kind of lock can’t be opened with a credit card or what can i use to block the space.

On the LG Rumor-is there a key to lock your phone with a password?

Okay, so I have an LG Rumor-just got it today-and have been playing around with it. I want to know how to lock it so i can only unlock it with a password. I think I found a way, but it takes so long so I was wondering, can I set a key on my phone (or is there already one) to lock my phone with a password so I don’t have to go through the process of going into the menu and stuff every time?

im renting, notice of auction was taped to door. How much time do i have before sheriffs throw my stuff out?

im worried about coming home and finding my locks changed or finding my belongings impounded or out on the curb. i have alot of valuable guitars and sound gear. i just learned about this 2 weeks ago. how long do i have before this happens and can it happen without notice? do i have to see or recieve other notices after the auction notice? are there any things i can do to stay longer if i havent found a place?

I have two goldfish and no water “conditioner” stuff that it supposed to make the water safe for the fish to live in. I know I can’t just use regular tap water, but is there anything else?
