Pleas do not lock the doors

am 11 weeks pregnant and living with my boyfriend and his brother. His brother is 33 years old and miserable. He has not had a girlfriend in almost 7 years and dated a girl recently for 2 months and she left him. He is depressed, miserable, fat and just a moody and mean person. He has been on medication and from what i found out he has not been on it now for sometime. My boyfriend bought this house with him about a year ago and says with the market they are not able to sell this house and that its not the best idea for him financially. I am finishing school and my boyfriend has a new buisness that has been in operation for 1 year. He says we need to ride this out and wait sometime and have the baby here and just work through things. I have worked through things for some time with his brother but he never changes his ways. He does not contribute to anything in the house, he pays his half of the mortgage and the phone bill. We pay everything else, groceries, electric, internet and cable. I have a small cat that means the world to me and is an inside cat, we came home the other day and he was drunk and watching football with a friend and his friends dog. When that visious dog comes over we always lock my cat up so that he does not get attacked by the dog, he didnt it and laughed saying to me that he can not find my cat. I was so upset being that the cat is the only thing i have here since my family is very far away and it was a gift from my mom. We found the cat in less then 30 seconds and locked her up. The night escalted and ended in my being pushed by him and my boyfriend his borther being attacked physcially by him. He left and the next day went to his parents house and did the whole crying and im so sorry thing. Everyone feels bad for him because he has problems and is miserable and say what he did isnt ok but we have to be there for him because he has problems. My boyfriend still feels that we shouldnt move and that he believes his brother will change. I dont feel like he will change, i think the whole situation is that he is jealous and would like for his brother to join him in his misery and not have a girlfriend or have a life. He has no life, he goes to work and comes home and watches tv and eats whatever food i make for dinner. I should add that i have a vacant apartment that i am renting and could stay at. I feel like that would be the best thing for me to do, my boyfriend could stay there but his equipment and most of his things would stay here. I need advice, please help!

I just wanted to add the his father yelled at me yesterday when we all sat down to talk and told me that this wasnt my house and if he wanted to have a dog and do whatever he wanted that he could and that if a f*7^% cat and who cares!

My daughter is 14 months old, and will start day care this week, we’ve been very fortunate and her grandparents have always been able to keep her, recently my mother has had surgery and we’re having to start day care. We’ve picked a great day care, and turned in all of the paper work, they have cameras in every room so parents can log onto the website and watch live everything that’s going on, they have the security locks where you have to have a PIN # to enter the rooms, they provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. I’m still very apprehensive about this as it’s the first time she’ll be with someone other than family. Does anyone have any pointers on what to expect? Also it’s $99 a week for 25 hours or less, does this seem like a reasonable price?

My dad has a parental lock on my tv so it “times out” at a certain time. when it “times out”, i can turn on my tv but it won’t show anything but a black screen with “TV TIMED OUT” in the middle no matter what i try. Is there any way to be able to unlock the tv so i can watch tv and stuff without reseting the parental pass-code?

Can I report my dad to the cops for changing the locks and not giving me a key? I read in ILLINOIS law that noone can illegally evict you. Does this apply to my parents?

Bought a 2000 mazda millenia on mon that id checked out sat. Exhausted the guys parents who were showing the car to potential sellers with questions.Explained I was on a fixed social security income and single mom& wanted to make sure i wouldnt get stuck with something that needed repair or was unsafe.And assured me over and over it was safe in good working order& the only problem it had was that the used dealer didnt give their son the keyfob that automatically unlocks the doors or shuts off the alarm remotely.On monday before I exchaged the check for the title I grilled the son about the condition of the car and any defects it had, assured again that there were none.Next day i realize the horn wont work & the passenger door wont lock.Horn is a huge safety issue &alarm wont sound,so the door that wont unlock just invites a car jacking.Refused to talk until threatened w/court, then admitted they knew of problems but only will only pay half of $859.00 repairs!Take 1/2 or go to court?

I gonna ****** feed my little boy for as long as he will let me. But I know that I do need to have bottles on hand just incase he doesnt latch on or if I need to start working. I just would like real parents opinion on the bottles. Thanks a bunch..

And I **** it!
I don’t know what to do about it.
My dad has put a lock on the new computer thinking I’m break it, he makes my tv and computer go off at 11:00pm (even on weekends), they don’t let me do thingd by myself thinking I will ***** up. I can’t walk ANYWHERE by myself. They are way too over protected and it really brings me down. It makes me feel so closed in and like I can’t do anything.
Please help?
I’m 15 by the way.
And talking about it won’t do a thing.

I keep having this one nightmare, where I know a person is coming after me, but I can’t lock my door, either because it’s broken or it just won’t lock. I had a similar dream where I went to deadbolt the door against a creepy rapist, but my deadbolt had been removed by my parents. It’s really freaking me out and I can’t find the meaning of not being able to lock the door on dreammoods.com Any ideas?

You have to know the entire story to understand…so here it is…sorry it’s lengthy…

My ex and I dated on and off. When I finally broke it off with her she tried everything to get back together. I had to change the locks on my doors! She called and told me she was pregnant and it was mine. Trying to be responsible, I took her back. 3 weeks after moving back in with me, I come home early from work and she and her twin (skanky) sister are sitting outside smoking and drinking daiqiuiri’s! She then tells me that she had a miscarriage and didn’t know how to tell me!!!! By the way during these 3 weeks she quit her job, so that I could support her.

So ok, she has a miscarriage, I’m sad and relieved all at the same time, then 2 weeks after this she is throwing up and super tired, well we took another pregnancy test and it was positive. My family and I believe she was never pregnant in the first place and lied to get back with me. Then after convincing me that she was already pregnant and we could have unprotected sex, she became pregnant!!!

So we had our daughter at the beginning of April, she went back to work at the end of May. She began acting very strangely, not coming home after work and on her day off (she only worked 4 days a week) she would ask my parents to keep our daughter. I find out that she has been leaving work with a guy she works with (who by the way is married) and started sleeping with him instead of coming home to help me with our child. So we break it off again (for good this time).

So 4 months later I meet my present wife. She is wonderful with my daughter. They both love each other very much! My ex hates this. We dated for a year and recently got married in October.

My ex has tried everything, she has keyed my wife’s car, broken our bedroom window, in court accused my wife of a drug addiction (she has never even taken a pain pill, much less used drugs). My new wife reassures me everyday that we will make it through this. She comes from a divorced family who all get along great seriously, we have, what she calls “all 4 of her parents” over together all the time.

So back to the ex, in the past year we have been to court 3 times. Our schedule is so crazy it’s like a circus. I have my daughter every other Saturday night and I pick her up from daycare monday-thursday at 4pm and have to have her home fed, bathed and clothed by 7pm (20 minutes away) So basically I get home we play for a while then we all eat dinner and I bathe her quickly and get her dressed then it’s off to mom’s house, who is usually never home and left with my ex’s mother. On the weekends that my ex has her, I pick her up from the daycare on Monday and she looks like she hasn’t been bathed all weekend.

I am paying $740/month in child support. Which she has used to purchase a new car, new ******* and a whole new wardrobe to fit them in. While she dresses our daughter in rags or shirts that say “If you think I’m cute, you should see my mom”

She has been fired from her last 2 jobs and is currently pregnant (with unknown father, she told the daycare it’s definitely down to 2 guys). She drops our child off at daycare at 6:30am and goes home and sits on the couch all day and lets me pick her up and deliver her fed, bathed and clothed. Sometimes the next day my daughter will have on the same clothes or pajamas that I sent her home in the night before and when I ask her if she slept in them she says yes!! When I confront the ex about this she tells me that I need to give her more money so she can buy more clothes for our daughter. As if $740 isn’t enough to buy a two year old clothes!

I just don’t understand how such a negative roll model gets $740/month, spends it on her sits on her **** all day, and gets to be primary custodial parent!

I just want more time with my child 2 nights a month and the 2 1/2 hours on weekdays that are spent rushing around is not fair!

Sorry for the long version and there is tons of things not mentioned, I just need help!!!!!!!

Fathers that have custody of their children, let me know what I can do.
By the way, my wife and I both have good jobs. We just bought a new house (nothing super fancy, just what we could afford) and my daughter has her own room and play room.

My ex lives with her mother and her sister and the sister’s child.

My parents just got me the car and when I tried to start it, it wouldn’t. At first, I thought that the battery was low or died, but some kind of lock feature showed up on the dash board. And now, I can’t even move it. When I tried to start it again, my key got stuck and it won’t come out. Any help?
P.S My parents purchased a used car. It’s not new.
It did not come with a manual book.
