Why does my truck scream like it is already running when I turn the key and it isn’t running?

2001 F150, sometimes when I turn the key and the truck is not running, it screams like it would if it was running and I tried to start it. Any ideas?

How can I train my puppy to tell me when he has to go outside?

I have a 6 month old miniature dachshund. I was easily able to paper train him but I’m having some trouble with housebreaking. When he is outside playing or on walks he knows to go potty outside, but when we are inside he doesn’t know how to alert us to let us know he has to go outside and often goes potty near the door before we can let him out. I have heard of people ringing a bell on the door handle so the dog will learn to ring the bell to go outside but I don’t know if this actually works. I have another dog who will come and get us or scratch the door when he has to go outside but I can’t seem to find any signals from the puppy. Does anybody have any ideas?

I own a 2002 Saab station Wagon (linear) and the rear door latch is in lock position?

My wagon’s rear door lock latch is in the locked position but the door is open so it can’t engage the metal spindle it is supposed to lock to. I think I shut the door lock assembly on the latch spindle because I see the dent in the lock lever which is normally in the open position when I shut the door. I’ve tried using my key mechanism which locks and unlocks the lever but it stays in the locked position. Any thoughts??? Thank you, Brad

Can someone help Uninstall Yahoo toolbar? Can I send a screen shot? When answered can I delete the question?

I am not sure if the only way to ask questions is on Yahoo Answers home. How can I submit suggestions? Can I search for people by descriptions, if not do you know where I can do that? I have tried removing Yahoo toolbar by accessing Control Panel and then Add or Remove programs, but it is not listed. I have read that I can click its pencil icon, but when I select Yahoo toolbar in the view category of the menu toolbar it does not show the icons. The only thing that is there is the line that is perpendicular and cann be used to move the toolbar, but I cannot move it. I can move the other toolbars, so they are not locked.

Does a landlord HAVE to change locks in between tenants?

I woke up this morning to find that my apartment had been broken into and robbed. I locked the door but I’m sure that somebody (a previous tenant) had a key and used it to get in. I would like the break my lease and move out but I don’t want to be penalized for it. My question is…Are landlords required to change locks in between tenants? I live in California and I couldn’t find any information about this topic. Thanks in advance for your help!

I had to run to the carry out to get a 12 pack of my life line. Diet Mountain Dew! As I pulled in a lady pulled in right after me. She parked right next to me I could see she had a baby in the back no older than mine (5 months) She walked around stuck a paci in the baby’s mouth, locked the doors and went inside.
50 CommentsNow this is on a busy highway in a rural area. I guess you could say a LOT of traffic but not to many people stop at that carry out.
I immediately said, “Hey! Your baby?” She in turn told me to Mind my own business. I let her have it. “THIS is how babies are stolen. THIS is the type of thing you see on the 6:00 news. What is wrong with you????” She shrugged her shoulders and walked inside. I couldn’t stand to walk away so I waited next to her car (with MY baby) until she came out 5 minutes later (yes no joke) with a 20 oz Mountain Dew. I said “I guess you didn’t want to junior to see you buying that?” Her response “F&ck off” I replied “Hey you can thank me later”
Was it wrong of me to step in? Shjould I have minded my own business?
Dang it! Now I am wishing I would have called the police!
and no the car was not in full view what-so-ever. It is a solid block building with a 1 window door. She was parked on the side of the building where there is no windows at all.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for two years. 6 months after we started dating I found a **** load of **** on his computer and pictures he saved of girls in bikinis from myspace (some of whom where my friends). It really disgusted me. Then 6 months later I saw his credit card statement that said he paid for ****. I could never bring myself to tell him that I hated it because it was uncomfortable, but he figured it out and swore to his God he would stop cause its a sin. He recently bought a laptop and makes sure I am nowhere alone with it and locks it up in his car whenever he is home and he takes it to work with him even though he doesn’t use it there. Once he left his computer out and changed the password so I couldn’t look, and once when he was up early for work I woke up and couldn’t find him, then he came out of my room mates bathroom like 15 mintues later, and he walked to the living room, dropped his computer off and then came into the hall where I was.

I’m mad because I think he shouldn’t use his religion as a cop out, and I’m mad because I think he’s breaking his promise.
I AM NOT A CHRISTIAN, HE IS, HE IS THE ONE THAT SWORE TO GOD TO MAKE IT A BIG DEAL…… TO MAKE IT SO I WOULD TRUST HIM.

Making lock picking equipment?

And don’t worry, I do it legally… Any suggestions for someone cheap who does not want to buy a set and torque wrench? I have seen the torque wrench paper clips… are they strong enough? Basically what things should I use?

Is there any protection against car key buttons getting pressed in my pocket?

I recently got a van that has automatic hatch and side door opening buttons on the key. We just had a baby so I enjoy the convenience of opening the doors on the go but there have been several times that the doors have been opened by the keys just being in my pocket. Anyone know if there is a protective cover or something I can put over the keys making the buttons less sensitive?

Whenever I try to get ringtones off the internet i get it sent to my phone, then i save it to my sounds. But when I go to my sounds the icon for the tone has a little lock on it and when I press options on it, it only says erase, erase all, and sound info. Where can I get good ringtones that actually work? Did I do something wrong?
