What is a customer satisfaction notification?

I’m thinking of buying a used Chrysler, and on the Carfax records, it says this:
Open Recall and Customer Satisfaction Notification found*
Manufacturer Safety recall issued
#G33 FRONT DOOR LATCH CABLE CLIPS
Manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Notification issued
#G29 CONVERTIBLE TOP MICRO SWITCHES
Does anyone know what any of this means? And what is a customer satisfaction notification?
Is there a free way I can find out the car’s full history? Carmax wants to charge $29.99 for it.
