Having problems gettting my ignition key to turn a acc setting?

When I turn my ingnition key to on or start it works fine but when i try to turn the key down to the accesory position most of the time it won’t turn- sometime it does if I really jiggle the key but most times it wont.

your key is wearing out.

Try using dry graphite… You can get it at any parts store. Be careful this crap goes everywhere if you let it. Put some on the key and work it in and out, and back and fourth…Use it on your doorlocks too! It works great. Also you may have to move your steering wheel back and fourth while working the key into the acc. position.
